Players of the Week

Offensive Player of the Week
Adrian midfielder Tom Thielman, a junior from Lino Lakes, Minn. (Centennial HS), scored nine goals in leading the Adrian offense as the Bulldogs won the first MIAA men’s lacrosse tournament and clinched their third straight NCAA Division III tournament bid. He scored four goals in a 24-12 semifinal win over Hope and five goals in a 12-10 victory over Albion in the tournament championship game. Thielman is being honored as Player of the Week for the first time this season.

Defensive Player of the Week
Adrian midfielder Zach Kozlowski, a freshman from Barrie, Ontario, Canada (Innisdale Secondary School), scooped up 17 ground balls and won 31 of 51 faceoffs during the MIAA tournament. He won 16 of 23 faceoffs and had 11 groundballs in the tournament championship game against Albion. Kozlowski is being honored as Player of the Week for the second time this season.
