FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- Calvin University women’s soccer continues to set the standard in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA). The Knights captured their sixth-consecutive regular-season title and 17th in program history after completing a perfect 8-0 run through the 2025 conference schedule. Calvin now stands at 12-4 overall heading into postseason play.
Dominant on both ends of the field, the Knights led the MIAA in every major statistical category, scoring 35 goals while allowing only four. Their remarkable +3.88 scoring margin and .840 save percentage underscored a blend of offensive creativity and defensive discipline that defined the season.
Junior Mikaela Waroway was the engine of Calvin’s attack, topping the MIAA with 18 shots on goal, seven goals, three game-winners, and 16 total points. Graduate student Liz Williams directed play in the midfield with a team-best six assists, while senior CeCe McCarthy added five. Defensively, senior goalkeeper Kalex Dodge anchored the back line, leading the league with only four goals allowed and ranking second with a .810 save percentage.
