LOUSVILLE, Ky. -- The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) was well represented among the recipients of the 2025-26 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors, with student-athletes from six member institutions earning recognition for their academic achievements.
In addition, Trine University was recognized among the nation’s top 10 NCAA softball programs for team grade-point average, finishing sixth with a 3.755 GPA.
A total of 8,852 collegiate student-athletes earned Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2025-26 academic year, including 2,493 Division III student-athletes. The award recognizes student-athletes who excelled academically while competing at the collegiate level.
The MIAA honorees represented Adrian College, Albion College, Alma College, Calvin University, Hope College and Trine University.
The academic accomplishments extended beyond individual recognition, with 66 programs nationally achieving a team GPA of 3.7 or better. Trine's 3.755 team GPA placed the Thunder sixth nationally among the top team GPAs recognized by the NFCA.
The Easton/NFCA academic awards highlight the commitment of collegiate softball student-athletes and programs to excellence both on the field and in the classroom. Team GPAs and student-athlete academic honors are submitted by member head coaches.
