The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) was strongly represented in postseason recognition as seven student-athletes were selected to the 2026 D3baseball.com All-Region 7 Teams.
Players were nominated for consideration by Sports Information Directors from institutions across the region, with honorees recognized for outstanding performance throughout the 2026 season.
Leading the way for the conference was senior pitcher Bryan Carney from The University of Olivet, who earned First Team All-Region honors following one of the most dominant campaigns in Division III baseball.
Already named the 2026 MIAA Most Valuable Pitcher and a two-time All-MIAA selection, Carney delivered elite numbers throughout the season. The senior compiled a 7-3 record and a conference-best 1.35 earned run average while throwing 73.1 innings. He allowed only 13 runs — including just 11 earned — and struck out 122 batters while facing 288 hitters.
Three MIAA standouts collected Second Team recognition.
Kalamazoo College junior catcher Caleb Moore earned regional honors after helping lead the Hornets to the NCAA Baseball Regional Championship game. Adrian College junior pitcher Landon Kozlowski completed the conference’s list of honorees after helping lead the Bulldogs to the MIAA regular-season championship, MIAA Tournament title, NCAA Regional title and NCAA Super Regional crown.
