ADRIAN, Mich. – The NCAA Division III Baseball Committee announced its All-Tournament Team for the NCAA Division III College World Series, and the Adrian College baseball team was represented by two selections. Gabe Jones earned All-Tournament Team honors at catcher, while Sean Parker was recognized as one of the tournament's top pitchers. Parker also earned a spot on the D3baseball.com All-Tournament Team.
Jones turned in a strong performance at the plate throughout the week, finishing 7-for-20 with eight RBIs and one run scored. He recorded two multi-hit games and provided one of the tournament's biggest moments for Adrian, launching a grand slam in the Bulldogs' opening-round 10-1 victory over Rowan University. Behind the plate, Jones was equally impressive, totaling 36 putouts in 39 chances while adding two assists. His lone error of the tournament was also his only error of the entire season.
Parker was dominant on the mound, pitching 12 innings and allowing just one run on nine hits while striking out six batters. He opened the tournament with three scoreless innings of relief in Adrian's victory over No. 2-ranked Rowan before returning two days later to throw a complete-game gem against the Profs, helping send the Bulldogs to the bracket championship game. Since the start of the MIAA Tournament, Parker has logged 36.1 innings, allowing just four runs while recording 26 strikeouts.
The Bulldogs concluded the 2026 season with a 40-14 record and a top-four finish in NCAA Division III. Adrian will now turn its attention toward the 2027 season, which is scheduled to begin next February.
