The prestigious honor, now in its 18th year, highlights the top talent across NCAA Division III baseball.
Adrian College’s Ryan Davis and Alma College’s Tyler Johnson were both named to the All-America Third Team, following exceptional senior campaigns that helped lead their programs to strong finishes in 2025. Their selections reinforce the depth and quality of talent within the MIAA.
Ryan Davis – Senior Utility, Adrian College
One of the most versatile players in the country, Ryan Davis made his impact felt at the plate, in the field, and on the mound. In 47 games, Davis compiled a .318 batting average, collecting 56 hits in 176 at-bats. He delivered 16 doubles, one triple, and six home runs, while driving in 50 runs and scoring 48 times for the Bulldogs.

His two-way performance earned him the title of 2025 MIAA Position Player of the Year, and he was named First Team All-MIAA for the second time. Davis also etched his name into Adrian history, setting new career records for home runs and saves, cementing his legacy as one of the program’s all-time greats.
Tyler Johnson – Senior Pitcher, Alma College
A dominant force on the mound throughout his career, Tyler Johnson capped off his senior season with one of the most impressive statistical resumes in Division III. The two-time MIAA Pitcher of the Year and three-time All-MIAA selection delivered highlight-reel performances, including a record-setting 19-strikeout game against Calvin, tying Alma’s single-game strikeout mark and setting a new MIAA Tournament record.
Johnson finished the season with a 2.94 ERA, a 0.95 WHIP, and a 7-1 record. He threw three complete games and two shutouts across 12 appearances, totaling 79.2 innings pitched. He held opposing hitters to a .194 batting average and struck out 124 batters, a mark that placed him second in all of NCAA Division III.
His dominance on the mound helped Alma to a strong season and further established Johnson as one of the most elite pitchers in program and conference history.
