MIAA Athlete of the Week - December 22, 2025

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) has announced its Athletes of the Week for the period covering December 15-21. Each week throughout the academic year, the conference recognizes standout performances from student-athletes across its member institutions.

The MIAA Athlete of the Week honors are selected from nominations submitted by head coaches at each school. These awards spotlight the top individual efforts in competition and showcase the high level of play within the conference.

Selections are released every Monday at 4:00 p.m., with the exception of weeks impacted by federal holidays.


MIAA Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week - Jayden Bradshaw, Trine University
Senior guard Jayden Bradshaw led the Thunder to two victories in Daytona Beach and was named to the All-Tournament Team. In Trine's 79-61 victory over Washington and Lee, Bradshaw scored 17 points, including three triples, while adding four defensive rebounds and three assists. He went on to contribute 19 points -- highlighted by five triples -- along with seven rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block in the 76-69 win at Piedmont. Bradshaw currently ranks among the league's top five with 43 made free throws, an .860 free-throw percentage, 132 points, and 14.7 points per game.
